Publishing rules
What a submitted offer must satisfy to be published on Poupa, and when it is refused or removed.
Requirements for an offer
- A real current price, available at the time of submission.
- A genuine reference price, charged before the discount.
- A clear end date, or a note that stock is limited.
- The correct category and shop.
- A direct link to the product page.
Imagery and description
The image must match the product and the variant on offer. Composites that suggest a different item, colour or quantity are not accepted.
The description states what is included and any conditions, such as a promotional code or a minimum spend.
Paid campaigns
Campaigns submitted through the brand cabinet follow the same price rules, and are additionally marked as paid content, both in the moderation queue and in the listing.
Refusal and removal
- Refused when the price cannot be confirmed.
- Removed when the reference price cannot be substantiated.
- Removed when the offer ends or the product is no longer available.
- Repeatedly inaccurate submissions can lead to the merchant account being suspended.
